Update on Face Coverings From CDC

There has been a recent update from the CDC on the impacts of double masking. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention says that wearing both a cloth mask with a surgical mask underneath can significantly reduce the transmission of COVID-19.


Some tips from the CDC about wearing two masks is to tie the ends together for an overall better fit.


The main imperative point that the CDC strongly encourages is to wear a mask, but also to make sure it fits properly.


With that, make sure you are following the three W’s: Wear your mask, Wash your hands, and watch your distance (6ft/more).
