Trump Announces 1776 Commission

Trump announced that he will soon be signing an executive order named 1776 Commission in order to ‘promote patriotic education’. This was at his speech at the National Archives Museum last week on Sept 17. 

The said curriculum “will encourage our educators to teach our children about the miracle of American history and make plans to honor the 250th anniversary of our founding.” 

This political speech nonetheless will impact Educators and schools throughout the country.
