Georgia issues a manual recount for the recent 2020 presidential election. The count will be by hand for reassurance and transparency.
The Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger faced pressures from Donald Trump’s campaign, as well as feedback from Republican residents of Georgia suggesting his resignation, leading him to a recount of votes.
But Raffenbsperger denies any influence from the Trump campaign for the recount. The deadline for the recount is Nov 20.
