Eric Trump to be Tried Before Election

Eric Trump, President Donald Trumps son was ordered on Sept 23 by New York state Judge to answer questions under oath in the next few weeks. He is currently under civil fraud investigation in accordance with Trump’s Organization and its recent business practices. 

The State Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron agreed with the Attorney General Letitia James and ruled that neither her office "nor this court is bound by timelines of the national election."

Because the Supreme Court in New York is also utilized as their general court for trials means that Trump could possibly appeal due to the two higher courts than the Supreme Court. Despite that, Trump claims he will be present at the time he is required to do so.
