In local news, Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute’s Watauga Campus will offer evening culinary art classes for this spring. Classes will be held at CCC&TI’s state of the art culinary kitchen on their Watauga campus in Boone every Friday afternoon from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. and the cost is $75 per class and space is limited.
