According to the Watauga Democrat, the Appalachian Theatre celebrates their one year anniversary on October 14th since reopening last year in 2019. The staff has currently been working remotely full-time and claims to be at an “intermission” at the moment.
Early voting began yesterday in North Carolina from October 15th to October 31st. The second floor of the Plemmons Student Union in the Blue Ridge Ballroom operating from 8am to 7:30 pm.
Yesterday, October 15th was the conclusion of the court hearings with Amy Coney Barrett with the Senate Committee. The results will be announced next week.
France is in a similar situation to Spain where there is a curfew. French health authorities on Thursday, October 15th announced that France’s daily cases were above 30,000 since France faced the peak of the pandemic. French president, Emmanuel Macron, on Wednesday, October 14th ordered a curfew for eight large cities in France.
